In aanwezigheid van Kim Gevaert, directeur van de Memorial en olympisch kampioen, en Vincent Verbeke, CEO van ENGIE Belgium, kwamen 130 jongeren tussen 6 en 12 jaar samen om verschillende atletiekdisciplines uit te proberen.

Good news for the Belgian fans of athletics : Femke Bol will also be present this year at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme that is taking place on Sep., 13 and 14th. The world class Dutch athletes will be closing the competition weekend in the 400m Hurdles. The Belgian Tornadoes and the Belgian Cheetahs will also be offered an occasion to shine in front of their home crowd.
