Nafi Thiam at the AG Memorial Van Damme

Since she became an Olympic Champion in Rio Nafi Thiam is the greatest and the most famous Belgian athlete. No surprise that she is headlining the next Van Damme meeting.

Nafi will compete in the High Jump and she will also line up in the Urban Memorial meetings in Liège (High Jump) and in Antwerp (Long Jump). Besides that she will also be present at the meetings in Heusden-Zolder and in Liège. Therefore Nafi Thiam will be on the official meeting poster as well.

The IAAF Diamond League kicks off in Doha on May, 5th and that means that the Road to Brussels is opened. Athletes will be competing throughout the season to gain points that can qualify them for the final in their favourite discipline, either in Zürich or in Brussels.
