Which Disciplines at Which Meetings in 2024?

The Allianz Memorial Van Damme will be the grand final of the Wanda Diamond League in 2024, which means that Brussels will see a unique two-day event featuring all 32 WDL disciplines. The 14 qualifying meetings can each host 14 disciplines in one day. Those disciplines have now been announced.

At 14 meetings between 20 April and 5 September, athletes can score points to qualify in one or more of the 32 WDL disciplines for the WDL finals in Brussels on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 September. Each discipline will be organised at least four and at most eight times in the various qualifying meets.

In addition to the WDL disciplines, each meet may also include additional disciplines, which may or may not allow athletes to earn points for the Road to the Final. The full list of which disciplines take place during which meetings can be viewed here.

The qualification meetings will take place in Xiamen, Suzhou, Doha, Marrakech, Eugene, Oslo, Stockholm, Paris, Monaco, London, Lausanne, Silesia, Rome, and Zurich. Suzhou will replace Shanghai in 2024 and Marrakech will replace Rabat. Renovations to the stadiums are the reason for the (temporary) move.
