Two more exciting Urbans

After Liège (St Lambert Square), Ostend (Square of the Sea Heroes), Ghent (Kouter) and Antwerp (Groenplaats) in the past weeks it is now up to the City of Brussels to invite the AG Urban Memorial Van Damme Series.

110m Hurdles Men : Damien Broothaers
100m Hurdles Women : Anne Zagré, Eline Berings, Sharona Bakker

The Pre program consists of a number of youth competitions, a Kids Athletics session and the AG Sprint Experience

The event promises to become particularly spectacular, with athletes partly having to run “over the water”.

Thursday Aug, 31st , 17:00 hrs, Square de la Monnaie

On Aug. 31st the IAAF Diamond League Final in the Shot Put will take place at Square de la Monnaie. The best throwers in the world will compete in the heart of the city : Ryan Crouser, Tom Walsh, David Storl, Tomas Stanek, Darrell Hill, Konrad Bukowiecki, Joe Kovacs, O’Dayne Richards.

Two more exciting Urbans

The AG Memorial Van Damme organized the AG Urban Memorial Van Damme Series to bring athletics to the heart of the cities. On Aug. 26th and 31st the “Urbans” are in the heart of Brussels at Square St Catharine and at the Square de la Monnaie.
