Borlée-brothers, Milanov, Van der Plaetsen and Dauwens at Brussels DL

16 Belgian athletes are now invited to participate in the main program of the AG Insurance Memorial Van Damme, the final leg of the IAAF Diamond League, on Sep. 9th.

Amongst them World Silver Medalist in the Discus Throw Philip Milanov and the 3 Borlée brothers (Kévin, Jonatha n and Dylan) who compete in the 400m with their fellow teammate Julien Watrin.

Also European Decathlon champion Thomas Van der Plaetsen is entered in the Long Jump. In the 400m Hurdles Axelle Dauwens is on the Start List as well as European Junior Champion Nenah De Coninck who gets a first chance to compete at this level.

Other Belgians are Robin Vanderbemden (200m), Pieter-Jan Hannes (1500m), Jeroen D’Hoedt (3.000m steeple), Bram Ghuys (High Jump), Louise Carton (5000m), Anne Zagré (100m Hurdles) and Chloé Henry and Fanny Smets (Pole Vault).
