The Memorial will participate in "Brusselicious", the theme the city of Brussels uses to highlight its numerous gourmet places.
In addition to that, there will the events like "gastronomic tram ride" and "Dinner in the sky". The Memorial itself will provide a sporty taste with a true "100m of gastronomy".
On the esplanade in front of the main stand of the King Baudouin Stadium stalls will present delights of Belgian cuisine over a hundred meters. A few thousand lucky people will be allowed to come and taste. A draw will confirm who will be invited, but is limited to people who have booked tickets for the Memorial before end of July.
Guy Vanhengel, Minister for External Relations of the Brussels Capital Region, will initiate this 100m with IAAF president Lamine Diack.
